For many years, Lutz-Jesco has been manufacturing dosing equipment and the related components with innovation and quality in the field of metering technology and disinfection. For 60 years, the brand Jesco has been associated with strong, extensive product lines with successful installation and operation of dosing installations worldwide.

Solenoid-Diaphragm Dosing Pump

Diaphragm dosing pumps are leak-free, and are therefore suitable for highly aggressive or toxic media. Depending on the gear type, the diaphragm allows pressures up to 232 psig. Diaphragm dosing pumps are fitted with a separation chamber as standard. If a crack forms in the diaphragm due to wear, this prevents the medium from flooding the system components or the pump itself. The medium is controlled and flows through a downpipe to the collecting basin. The medium sides of the diaphragms are coated with PTFE.

Motor-Driven Diaphragm Dosing Pump

Diaphragm dosing pumps are leak-free, and are therefore suitable for highly aggressive or toxic media. Depending on the gear type, the diaphragm allows pressures up to 16 bar. The dosing quantity can be doubled by using two dosing heads. The largest motor-driven diaphragm dosing pump (Type GMR) has a hydraulically coupled double-diaphragm system.

Hydraulically actuated Diaphragm Pump

Heavy-duty hydraulically actuated tubular diaphragm pump designed for high capacity and high pressures. Also ideally suited for corrosive liquids such as H2SO4 or slurries.

The simple, yet unique vertical hydraulics eliminates need for complicated vent and refill mechanisms. Prestressed tubular diaphragm handles inconsistent suction conditions and suction lift capabilities to 16 feet.

Stepper Motor-driven Diaphragm Dosing Pump

Stepper motor-driven diaphragm pumps are particularly suitable for highly accurate, reproducible industrial dosing thanks to their design. Many fluid media can be safely fed into the respective processes using these pumps.

The stepper-motor with its wear-free tooth belt drive, ensures a particularly homogeneous and gentle dosing process.

Motor-driven Piston Dosing Pump

Piston dosing pumps are particularly precise dosing units, which are not dependent on pressure. Dosing capacity varies proportionally with the stroke length and can be set to the tiniest repeatable quantities. Two-piston and multiple-piston pumps are therefore particularly suitable for delivering precise mixtures, where different media must be mixed at a constant ratio which can be selected as desired. Using externally controlled drive motors, the total quantity can be varied from 5% to 100% at a constant ratio. Heated heads allow the dosing of media that are torpid when cold. A piston flushing skirt is available as an option, to prevent damaging leaks and protect the packing materials and pistons from abrasive chemicals.

Peristaltic Pump

Peristaltic pumps are the simplest types of dosing pumps. With their rotary displacement body, they are very maintenance-friendly and allow optimal dosing at low back-pressures for simple applications. Various performance classes are available, with different delivery capacities, back-pressures and control specifications.
