XIII. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Tennessee, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Tennessee in connection with any dispute between you and Valley Equipment arising out of this Agreement or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. You also agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of this Agreement will be in the state and federal courts in Greeneville, Tennessee and that you will not assert jurisdiction in any other court or tribunal anywhere in the world.

XIV. GENERAL INFORMATION

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement relating to this website and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Valley Equipment. Valley Equipment may revise this Agreement at any time by updating this posting.

If a court decides that any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
