Fan Remanufacturing

The process begins by disassembling the fan and assessing the condition of the components. Usable parts are sandblasted and new parts (shafts, bearings, etc) are obtained as needed. Finally, the fan is reassembled according to customer specifications and painted. Dynamic balancing completes the remanufacturing process. Each wheel assembly is balanced before leaving Valley's facility to insure performance at customer specified operating conditions.
